At Steiner Homes, we pride ourselves in giving you the most for your money. Over the past year or so, our costs of materials has risen 8-15% depending on the product.
 
We have held back on price increases as long as possible, but in order to continue to build homes with quality products and engineering, it has become necessary to increase the base price of all of our homes.
 
THE GOOD NEWS is that if you are in discussion with us and sign a contract before July 31st, 2017, you will be locked in at the current pricing.
 
THE GREAT NEWS is that you will still get a great quality home that includes standard features that many builders charge as upgrades. The home will still be built by the #1 Builder of The Year in  NW Indiana. You will still be treated like an honored guest throughout the process, and our team will do our best to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible.
