The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house, making this layout ideal for parents who want some added privacy or people looking to have a guest room for regular visitors. The garage is in the rear, with access to the mudroom and the laundry area that leads into the kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find a nice office space with a half bath as well. But with all of your necessities located on the first floor, you don’t even have to venture up there if you don’t want to!
The Benjamin
The Benjamin is perfect for homebuyers who want less square footage in a single story. This floor plan is just under 1,700 square feet and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. There’s also a den or office that can be a fourth bedroom. If you have younger kids who each need their own room, you’ll get well-laid-out square footage here. The master bedroom is set off from the other bedrooms and living area so parents can have a quiet escape. The Piper
